No refunds will be given to no shows. Same day cancellations will be charged full price.

You are permitted to cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your trip to receive a full refund. If you cancel inside 7 days, you will not receive a refund. 

You are welcome to change your reservation up to 7 days prior to your trip if the new date and time are available.

If  your Captain determines that cruising would not be safe, you will be issued a full refund.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be consumed on the boat for anyone who is of legal age, 21 or older. Everyone is expected to use good judgement and to drink in moderation. The Captain is in charge of the boat, and will ask everyone to abide to our policies. Inappropriate behavior may result in early termination of your cruise without refund. Examples include but are not limited to: extreme intoxication, littering, damage to the boat or equipment, excessive noise, offensive language/behavior, and failing to adhere to crew leadership and safety instruction.
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted. Medical marijuana must have been prescribed in Florida, and be in a prescription bottle with your name to be allowed.
